We seek a committed, friendly, reliable, hard working individual with good people and problem solving skills to help support the day to day operation of a shopping center. This is a long term full time position with benefits. This person will be interacting with customers, tenants and vendors under the supervision and guidance of a property manager.
A prospective applicant should possess the following characteristics:
1 - Customer service skills;
2 - Construction/Trade knowledge at a maintenance level;
3 - Ability to perform day time security duties;
4 - Some computer knowledge (email, Word/Excel);
5 - Common sense is a must;

Let me know of anyone you might feel can fill this position well; essentially we are replacing Rose Palakiko who moved with Kiko and her family to their family homestead on Kauai . In addition, we hired Brenda Holbron ®, long time Broker with Inga’s Realty, to replace Wendy Alcantra RA who will be working full time for Hawaii Retail Services and part time as a sales agent for Team. We also hired Ed Clark as a carpenter handyman to do projects at the Marketplace. June will be a busy month!
