Nana'ikeola Senior Apartments Opening!

Nana'ikeola Street across from the Kaiser Permanente clinic, will be

opening soon. The Certificate of Occupancy (COO) from the City and County was received on January 21st and they are now waiting on Permission to Occupy (PTO) the building from HUD. EAH Housing will be

managing this property for the owners Nanakuli Senior Apartments, Inc.

This is a HUD subsidized Section 202 property consisting of 40 one

bedroom units serving seniors age 62 and older. Information on applications can be obtained by calling EAH Housing at 523-8826. An office at the site will be opened once the PTO is obtained.
