Kaukama Rd Pathway Beautification & Clean Up - Sat, Jan 24, 7-10am
Join me, Women of Wai`anae, AlohaCare, and Nani O Wai`anae at the Kaukama Road Pathway Beautification & Clean Up on Saturday, January 24, 7-10am. Meet at Nani Kai beach at Kaukama Road (one street east of Maili 76 gas station). We will provide trash bags, gloves, yard tools, plantings, and refreshments. Please bring sun protection, protective footwear, and water for the plants if possible. Mahalo nui loa to the following people who have volunteered to water & maintain the plants following our “National Day of Action” work day in September: Yvonne Angut & Ohana, Kida, Roy Rezentes, George Hohwart, Georgia Campbell, Josephine Salas, Young/Dodge/Shimabukuro Ohana, Pam Arbitrario, Ms. Soo, and Laurie & Mike Lawrence.
