I was informed by Jo Jordan, president of the Waianae Neighborhood Board, that all beaches on the Wai`anae Coast will be closed starting at 9am tomorrow morning (Thu, Jan. 15) due to the expected storm. Further, the City will provide bus service to the homeless from the beaches to the storm shelter at Wai`anae District Park starting at noon tomorrow. The homeless will not be forced off the beaches.
