We can help you help your constituents. GSA’s Office of Citizen Services is a trusted one-stop source for information about government programs and services. We have information on topics such as money management, scams, federal benefits, identity theft, government auctions, health, housing, and jobs. And we offer this information through a variety of channels: online, toll-free telephone; and through printed publications from our Pueblo , Colorado distribution facility.

Here’s an overview of our products and how you can use them to benefit your constituents:

On-line
USA.gov, the official portal of the U.S. government is a treasure trove of information for your constituents, linking to 50 million federal, state, and local government web pages. Do your staff and your constituents a favor, and link to USA.gov from your website. Another useful site is GobiernoUSA.gov, the Spanish language official portal of the US Government. Also check out kids.gov, a portal to all kid-friendly government websites.

Phone
The National Contact Center answers phone calls and emails from the public about Federal agencies, programs, and services. Your staff and your constituents can contact us in English or Spanish by calling toll-free 1 (800) FED INFO (1-800-333-4636) Monday – Friday, 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. ET to speak with an agent. They can also get online help at answers.usa.gov by searching the online database or using our “live help – web chat” feature.

Print Publications
For years, consumers have written to Pueblo , Colorado 81009 for timely, practical information they trust. Constituents can also use pueblo.gsa.gov to order, read, or print out publications listed in our Consumer Information Catalog. You can order bulk quantities of the Consumer Information Catalog by calling 1-888-8 PUEBLO (1-888- 878-3256). Our most popular publication is the free Consumer Action Handbook, available in print or online in English at ConsumerAction.gov, and in Spanish at Consumidor.gov.

Email Newsletters
Your staff and your constituents can visit our free Government e-newsletter subscription page and sign up for information from specific agencies or on the topics that most interest you. If you would like to be notified of changes to our websites you can subscribe to our RSS feeds or view our library of RSS feeds from across the government. You can also sign up to receive our ready-to-go consumer articles. These provide terrific content for your mailings to constituents.

We encourage you to check us out and to use our helpful products and services!
