Subject: 2009 Neighborhood Board Candidate Application forms are now available online!

Just wanted to let you know the 2009 Candidate Application forms are available to download and print at http://www.honolulu.gov/nco/
The forms must be postmarked by February 20, 2009.
The NB voter registration forms are also posted online. If you voted in the last State election in Nov. 2008 your preregistered for the Neighborhood Board election. If you have moved since then, did not vote (including non-citizen residents), or are in the military and registered in another State, you must submit the NB voter form to us in order to vote in the 2009 NB election. These must also be postmarked by February 20, 2009.
