Nominate a Leader or Group from the Wai`anae Moku for An Award by Jan. 20!

Aloha,

Makaha Studios, WCRC/MA`O and the other Kauhale Partners are sponsoring an award for native Hawaiian Leadership in the Wai`anae moku. The recipient will receive an award from UH- Hawai`inuiakea School of Hawaiian Knowledge.

Please help us to nominate a person or group who you know has demonstrated ‘i ulu i ke kukui, the branches grow because of the trunk’, those kumu whose leadership, knowledge and insight continues to be shared to grow the native Hawaiian community.

Enclosed is the nomination, however; I’ve inserted the actual Nomination form fields in the body of this email. Please nominate someone by Wednesday, January 20th!

A selection committee will review the nominations and select the Awardee by Friday, January 22nd. Please contact your networks and mahalo for participating.
