The Waianae Chapter of AARP meets this Friday, September 5, 2008 at the Army's Pilila'au Rec Center (Waianae Beach Club 85-010 Army Street, Waianae). Sign in at 10AM, meeting starts promptly at 10:30.
It will be a very full meeting this month. We have two guest speakers. Lahapa Borabora of Nanakuli, will speak about the QuestExA Medicare/Medicaid medical plan. Our second speaker is AARP Volunteer Ken Stanley, who will present information of the proposed rail system.Buffet lunch is served for those that want it for $7.00 and includes coffee, iced tea and tip.
Even if you are not a member come join in for the meeting and speakers to see if you would like to be a member of our Chapter. We would love to see you there. This group, are all very much involved with our Community and we would like to have you as a part of it too.
